Sharon brings strategic oversight to the People and Culture team. She has led teams during times of change, including business transformation, restructuring, mergers, and exponential growth. She has a wealth of knowledge leading and delivering a broad range of human resources services. Before joining the Foundation, Sharon was the Director, Talent Management at Foresters where she led the successful execution of their talent strategy. Sharon spent several years with TD Waterhouse in their wealth management area as a senior human resources business partner working in Canada and the U.S.
