These General Terms and Conditions apply to the Agreement entered into between the Foundation and the Organization, which incorporates these General Terms and Conditions by reference.

Code of Conduct
In providing the Project, the Organization shall comply with the Code of Conduct for Partners guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time by the Foundation in its sole discretion.

Child and Youth Safeguarding
Where the Project involve children under the age of eighteen (18) and/or youth above the age of seventeen (17) and under the age of twenty-five (25), the Organization shall adhere to the Child and Youth Safeguarding Guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time by the Foundation in its sole discretion.
