Virtual Baobab Summit
Terms and Conditions
Mastercard Foundation has prepared Terms and Conditions that govern all aspects of the Summit, including without limitation, communications between you and the Foundation, engagement in sessions with scholars, guest speakers, presenters and facilitators, and engagement in public (within the Summit) and private chat areas available throughout the Summit. These Terms and Conditions address matters such as restrictions on use of the Summit’s virtual platforms, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, legal disclaimers, and more.
All Summit participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions (which include the Online Behaviour Guidelines and Child and Youth Safeguarding Guidelines) in order to participate in the Summit. If you do not agree with or accept any of the terms therein, you may not participate in the Summit.
Online Behaviour Guidelines
These Terms and Conditions also incorporate by reference the Foundation’s Online Behaviour Guidelines and Child and Youth Safeguarding Guidelines which establish principles and standards of behaviour to reflect the Foundation’s zero tolerance approach to abuse, cyber bullying, harassment, violence or harm in any form by Summit participants, speakers, or Foundation staff.
