Helping girls thrive in secondary school and become leaders in a flywheel of change -- Leveraging the Organization’s capabilities in its five countries of operation – Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana and Malawi, there are two primary objectives of this program:
1. Improve access and successful transition for 62,000 young women in secondary education by providing them with a mix of direct bursary support and skills that will enable them to transition onto positive future pathways including tertiary education (including 7,675 scholarship opportunities), leadership roles, employment and self-employment (including enterprise development support).
2. Enable institutions and educational systems to be effective through evidence-based decision making, enhanced capacities, and innovation.
