New graduates often face a job market that is hostile toward their lack of experience. Our mission is to provide guidance and career resources for university students and young professionals to rectify this pressing concern. Dereja’s multi-faceted youth development platform, Dereja.com, has thus created a hub well-suited for the youth. The platform provides students with access to employment-related information and resources. Additionally, the various youth development initiatives of Dereja, from availing job opportunities by employers to job readiness and employability skills training, to career expos that help graduates connect with potential employers, provide new graduates with the right tools and resources to ensure success and help them transition into the workforce. We collaborate with like-minded partners to achieve this and continuously look to bring various stakeholders to rally around this very important socio-economic issue.
