Project for improving the Monitoring and Evaluation Practice in Rwanda (RMEO)

This program seeks to strengthen the organizational capacity of RMEO as a convener of M&E professionals with an emphasis on young evaluators under thirty-five (35) years of age whom RMEO works with from different civil society organizations in Rwanda. The project also seeks to institutionalize evaluation practices through support of RMEO’s existing youth-members and other partners, mostly in civil society and local government entities.
