Skilling and Transitioning Youth into Global Business (GBS) Jobs Morocco

GBS SHIFT is a five-year program implemented by EFE-Maroc that enables young people to transition from skills to sustained work in the Global Business Services sector. It aligns training to employer demand, strengthening pathways into employment, and supporting long-term career progression. It aims to create over 80,000 skilling opportunities and enable 60,000 dignified and fulfilling work opportunities, with at least 70 percent of them being for young women.
