Where We Work

We are currently working in 28 countries across Africa with more than 100 partners on initiatives that increase access to education, financial services, and skills training.

As part of the Young Africa Works strategy, we intend to deepen our engagement with a smaller number of countries to gain an understanding of their economic priorities and opportunities. Working with governments and the private sector, we take a holistic view of countries and their economies to identify growth sectors and develop a long-term plan to drive system-level change. We launched our new country approach in Rwanda and we will roll out plans in a number of other countries towards the end of 2018 through to 2020.
