Partnership Focus

After the three-and-a-half-month training program, graduates are eligible for employment at Hodi and in other sales roles within Kenya and internationally through remote work. The training program is designed to address skills gaps in the market, providing both Hodi and other employers with polished business development professionals who are ready to contribute.

The training includes building the following skills:

  • Sales and marketing skills (including market research, copywriting, objection handling among others)
  • Professional skills (including basic skills like professional communication, time management, and feedback.)

The trainees are also supported in resume review and interview readiness.

The Academy also has a mentorship module that helps graduates understand the job market and develop career plans for their growth process.

The program is open to young people aged between 18 and 35 years, and is operating in Nairobi County.
