The program includes activities such as training and knowledge transfer on pond construction, tilapia breeding, and best management practices in aquaculture. These include selecting breeds, spawning techniques, and harvesting and handling tilapia eggs, among others. Young people are also linked to hatchery customers  to sell the eggs they raise. It also facilitates young people’s formation of groups where they support each other through information sharing to grow their incomes.
