Diversify Learning Pathways for Out-of-School Youth

What makes an EdTech solution truly impactful?

It’s not just about the technology, it's about how it breaks down barriers to learning, and for nearly 47 million out-of-school young people across Africa, learning needs to take place outside the traditional classrooms setting.

This month on #EdTechMondays Africa, we will review the 2024 EdTech Conference Recommendation No. 8 of diversifying learning pathways for out-of-school youth. We'll explore how alternative learning models community-based education centres, vocational training, and digital and blended learning solutions can create flexible and accessible education opportunities, especially for young people in marginalized communities.
