Inclusive Africa Conference 2025
Scaling Digital Accessibility through Innovation & Entrepreneurship
June 3-5, Nairobi, Kenya.
This hybrid in-person and online event brought together accessibility experts, youth with lived experience, government officials, and private sector leaders to scale digital accessibility through innovation and entrepreneurship.
The 6th Inclusive Africa Conference, hosted by inABLE, is Africa’s leading forum on digital accessibility and disability inclusion.
The event brought together 300+ in-person attendees and 2,000+ virtual participants, alongside watch parties hosted by 20 partner disability organizations across the continent.
This event envisioned that young people with disabilities can shape and benefit from innovation and opportunity. The focus was on promoting youth-led thought leadership, advancing accessible education, entrepreneurship, and financial systems, and supporting policies and products designed with and for people with disabilities. We believe digital accessibility is a growth market for all.
Digital inclusion drives mainstream innovation, and young people with disabilities are leaders in policy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This event discussed scalable, inclusive solutions across sectors to ensure that everyone can benefit from advancements in technology and society.

Disability Inclusion
Disability inclusion is central to the realization of the Mastercard Foundation’s vision and mission.
Creating an accessible and inclusive world must be driven by young people with different and unique lived experiences — youth with disabilities, refugees, and displaced youth — who face systemic barriers to accessing education and employment.
