Meet the Leadership Committee
Adubi Ruth, Lead Membership mobilization
Adubi Ruth Oloaigbe is an Alumni of Enterprise for Youth in Agriculture (EYiA), She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Animal Science. She was a one time Horticulture Expert in the Start Them Early Program (STEP) an I- Youth Project with IITA ,where secondary school students are being taught Modern Agriculture including Agribusiness and helped to start earning from secondary school.
Ruth is passionate about Agriculture, Youth development, Community transformation and access to quality education in low-income communities. Her passion for agriculture led to the birth of NERU farm where modern farming techniques are utilized to make fresh vegetables available for consumption. She currently holds the position as team lead of NERU farms. She also serves as the Program Director for Nurture for Greatness Educational Foundation, an NGO that helps to bridge the gap of lack of access to education in low-income communities. With the collaboration of others, while serving Nigeria, she helped in making sure that students who were passionate about education but couldn't pay their fees got the necessary support to ensure continuity of their education.
She is an advocate of Youth development and youth inclusion in nation-building.
Amanda Jaiyeola, Lead Events and Partnerships
Amanda Jaiyeola is a creative entrepreneur, professional shoemaker, and resin artist with over 10 years of experience in handcrafted design and skill-based enterprise. She is the founder of Achèo Koncept, a bespoke leatherworks brand known for its high-quality shoes, slippers,
sandals, and custom accessories. She also leads Achè Handmadecrafts, a sub-brand focused on producing timeless resin and leather art pieces that blend function with beauty. Amanda studied International Relations at Espam Formation University, Cotonou, and is a proud
alumnus and current Ambassador of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).
Passionate about uplifting others, Amanda established the Amanda Jaiyeola Foundation, a platform that empowers young people, especially young women, through creative skills training, mentorship, and personal development. She currently serves as Lead, Events, and Partnerships
on the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Committee, where she helps shape youth engagement efforts and promote inclusive impact. Amanda believes in the power of skill and creativity to transform lives and continues to use her platform to inspire, equip, and elevate others.
Chisom Ajuluchukwu, Lead Communications
Chisom Goodness Ajuluchukwu is a cultural storyteller and brand strategist. She holds a degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, then found her path in the creative space. After navigating the challenges within the ecosystem firsthand, she became passionate about making sure African creatives have access to the people, tools, and opportunities they need to grow. She is currently building Clarity Studio to enable access for the next generation of creatives.
Chisom has worked on projects across film and communications, with her work appearing on Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and in cinemas across Nigeria. She currently serves as the Communications Lead on the Mastercard Foundation youth advisory committee, while also leading a vibrant creative community of alumni across the country.
Hannah Rotimi-Williams Lead, Gender and Safeguarding
Hannah Rotimi-Williams is an Agripreneur, a mental health advocate, and the visionary founder of Carmella Farms and the AgriWellness Support Network. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is also an alumnus of Enterprise for Youths in Agriculture (EYiA), where she further honed her skills in agricultural entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. With her background in psychology and a deep passion for rural well-being, she champions the mental, physical, and emotional health of farmers and agricultural workers, ensuring that the people behind our food systems thrive as much as the crops and livestock they tend.
Driven by the belief that food security begins with people's security, Hannah is pioneering conversations and interventions that integrate mental health, physical wellness, and farm safety into agriculture. Through her work, she empowers farmers with tools, knowledge, and support to sustain not just their livelihoods but also their overall well-being. As Gender and Safeguarding Lead, Hannah promotes equal access for young women and underrepresented groups in the alumni community, ensuring opportunities, events, and webinars are inclusive and well-represented.
Jubril Ahmad, Lead Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
Jubril Ahmad is a data-driven agricultural scientist with a B.Tech in Crop and Environmental Protection from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, passionate about turning numbers into meaningful narratives that empower young Africans. He champions systems that amplify
youth voices, unlock opportunities, and measure real impact across the agricultural landscape.
With hands-on experience as a Data Administrator supporting Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts at Eupepsia Place Limited (Soilless Farm Lab), Jubril bridges the gap between grassroots farming and data-driven innovation. Whether driving M&E frameworks or supporting soilless technology programs, he thrives at the intersection of youth leadership, sustainable agriculture, and transformational data. Grounded in purpose and powered by precision, Jubril is committed to designing inclusive systems that empower youth and drive sustainable development across Africa.
Stephanie Egharevba, Lead Diversity and Inclusion
Stephanie Egharevba is an award‑winning advocate for diversity and inclusion who builds systems that put equity and accessibility at the center of innovation. She works at the intersection of technology, creativity, and social impact, esigning practical, long‑term solutions that remove barriers and open doors for marginalized communities.
Her impact spans global and continental platforms, with speaking appearances at DataFest Africa (2023 & 2024), the Gen Z Summit, CHAOSS Africa, Fusion TechFest, Inclusive Africa by InABLE, and TechCabal’s Moonshot Conference. In her role as Diversity and Inclusion Lead at the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Council, Stephanie champions the vision that true innovation thrives when everyone is included, valued, and empowered to contribute.
Tobi Aminu, Lead Lead for Programme Design & Planning
Tobi Aminu is an agripreneur and Founder of GritGreen, a food enterprise supplying premium vegetables, pure honey, and other agri-products to the Nigerian market, with some exports. He runs his farm as a model for impact, blending commercial success with purpose-driven initiatives. His programs such as the Cedar Agribusiness Management Programme (CAMP), a gender-aware mentorship platform for young agripreneurs, and the Bees & Trees Initiative, which supports community-led honey production and climate resilience focus on advancing food
security, rural empowerment, and sustainable agriculture.
With a Master’s in Agricultural and Resource Economics, Tobi has worked across the agricultural value chain from research roles to optimizing operations in one of Nigeria’s largest poultry companies. He has consulted on donor-funded projects and participated in high-level industry engagements, including those convened by the French Embassy and horticulture stakeholders. Currently, he contributes to youth-focused development and enterprise design as Lead for Programme Design & Planning on the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Committee and Agri-enterprise Development Lead for the Foundation’s Alumni Network Community.
Victor Osanyindoro, Lead Finance and Operations
Victor Osanyindoro is an accomplished cybersecurity professional driven by a passion for education, leadership, and mentorship especially empowering young people to grow. His journey was shaped by his time as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar at AIMS Cameroon, where he earned a master’s degree in mathematical sciences. That experience not only deepened his academic expertise but also nurtured his leadership skills within a supportive and inspiring community.
He served as the Scholars Council Representative for the AIMS Network, advocating for the voices of students across all AIMS centres. Currently, he serves as a committee leader for the Mastercard Foundation Alumni Network in Nigeria, where he helps maintain alumni connections, foster mentorship, and organize valuable programs for community members. Looking ahead, Victor aims to deepen his impact by developing initiatives that enhance digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness for underserved youth. He hopes to build mentorship programs and educational workshops that empower future leaders to use technology safely and responsibly.
