The Tiossane Club builds 3 food distribution channels: home delivery, aimed at urban households, Modern Trade, targeting supermarkets, gas stations, and other convenience stores, and Tradi Trade, which includes over 35,000 informal retailers who sell most of the food products consumed by Senegalese people.

To serve these 3 targets, the Tiossane Club relies on a foundation of common infrastructures: a custom-developed web platform, physical infrastructures designed for both fresh and dry products (trucks + warehouses/cold rooms), and a young and committed team.
