Through our initial partnership with EntrepreNorth, they developed and delivered culturally grounded entrepreneurship programming designed to meet the unique needs of Indigenous youth and communities across the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. This partnership will support the expansion and sustainability of EntrepreNoth’s work to deliver critical programming and supports for Indigenous people in the North to launch businesses and become successful entrepreneurs.
This partnership includes:
• Ongoing delivery of and expansion of flagship programming (e.g., Entrepreneur Growth Program, Community Ideation Workshops, and Train-the-Trainer).
• Based on the expansive curriculum developed by EntrepreNorth, new targeted and specific online and virtual modular training.
• Enhanced activities focused on evaluation and impact, storytelling and narrative change and policy change.
• New efforts to develop and launch a Northern Impact Fund to help meet the access to capital challenges facing northern Indigenous entrepreneurs
