Generation successfully does this by training and placing disconnected youth and mid-career learners into over 40 professions across tech, healthcare, customer service, and skilled trades. To date, Generation has supported over 68,000 graduates, at an 81 percent job placement rate, and 64 percent continue to be employed one year later. They work across sixteen countries and over 280 cities, and graduates typically earn three-to-four times more than their income prior to Generation’s intervention.
