Rosemary Nduhiu provides strategic and leadership support as the Executive Director, Country Programs at the Mastercard Foundation.
Rosemary is a passionate senior leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic financial management across diverse industries in Africa and the Middle East, with a wealth of experience across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and Pay TV sectors.
Before joining the Mastercard Foundation, she was the Chief Financial Officer at MultiChoice Africa. She has also held senior leadership positions in several organizations, including Kenya Breweries, Airtel Africa, Dal Group, and Unilever Kenya.
Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
