The Africa Catalytic Investment Facility (ACIF) is a $1-billion, mission-related investment launched in 2023 by the Mastercard Foundation. Its aim is to significantly increase access to work opportunities for young people by investing in organizations in the Foundation's priority economic sectors that can, directly and through their supply chains, enable access to work for young people. It will also work with fund managers who are aligned with the Foundation’s values.
