Digital Skills for Employability

The Digital Skills for Employability (DSE) program seeks to address the high youth unemployment rate and digital divide faced by youth in Rwanda, especially young women, youth in rural areas, people living with disabilities and refugees. The DSE program will provide program participants with varying degrees of digital skills upskilling – at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels- and will support them to access dignified and fulfilling work opportunities.
