Digital Skills for Employability

The Digital Skills for Employability (DSE) program seeks to address the high youth unemployment rate and digital divide faced by youth in Rwanda, especially young women, youth in rural areas, people living with disabilities and refugees. The DSE program will provide to program participants varying degrees of digital skills upskilling – at beginner, intermediate and advanced level- and will support them to access dignified and fulfilling work opportunities.
