Digital Skills for Teachers and Educational Professionals (DSTEP)

The Digital Skills for Employability (DSE) program seeks to address the high youth unemployment rate and digital divide faced by youth in Rwanda, especially young women, youth in rural areas, people living with disabilities and refugees and displaced persons. The DSE program will provide program participants with varying degrees of digital skills upskilling – at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels- and will support them in accessing dignified and fulfilling work opportunities.
