Rwanda Economy Digitalization Program (RED 2.0)

Through this partnership, Cenfri works with the Rwandan government and the private sector to enable data-driven decision-making and, as a result, catalyze the digitalization of the Rwandan Economy. This program was supported by the Mastercard Foundation to address the low digitalization levels in Rwanda, due to the low awareness and capacity for data-driven decision-making in government agencies and the private sector.
