This 10-year (2020-2030) program, an extension of an existing program, aims to develop technology skills for 2.4 million young Africans by 2030.

The program goals include 1 million graduates (70 percent young women), enabling 50,000 entrepreneurs with business development skills, and enabling access to work for 600,000 young people over the next five years. ALX is expanding its network to 70 hubs, prioritizing rural and hard-to-reach communities. 

The program is deployed in Kenya, Rwanda, Mauritius, Senegal, Nigeria, South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Ethiopia with planned expansion to Uganda, Ghana, Morocco, and Egypt.
