The Skilling and Transitioning Youth program is a five-year program implemented by Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. It aims to enable access to 200,000 dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for young people, 70 percent of whom are young women, in the Global Business Services (GBS) sectors of South Africa and Rwanda.
