The Skilling and Transitioning Youth program is a five-year program implemented by the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. It aims to enable access to 200,000 dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for young people, 70 percent of them young women, in the Global Business Services (GBS) sectors of South Africa and Rwanda by 2030. This will be achieved by skilling and transitioning young people into GBS jobs. Enabling young people to access GBS provides an entry point into professional services, an opportunity that offers earnings, benefits, and increasing earning potential.
