The Mastercard Foundation is one of the largest foundations in the world. It works with visionary organizations to advance education and financial inclusion to enable young people in Africa and Indigenous youth in Canada to access dignified and fulfilling work. The Foundation has offices in Toronto, Kigali, Accra, Nairobi, Kampala, Lagos, Dakar, and Addis Ababa.

We are currently working with over 400 partners in more than 30 countries.

Our focus on enabling 30 million African youth to access dignified and fulfilling work and 100,000 Indigenous youth in Canada to transition to meaningful livelihoods has expanded our work globally.
