Aicha Tening Ndour
Aicha Tening Ndour est une jeune professionnelle sénégalaise spécialisée en géomatique et gestion de projets de développement local. Titulaire d’un diplôme de l’Institut Supérieur de l’Ingénierie Territoriale d’Afrique (ISIT AFRIQUE), elle maîtrise les outils de cartographie, les systèmes d’information géographique (SIG), ainsi que les méthodes de suivi-évaluation et de reporting.
Elle a acquis une solide expérience en tant que chargée du suivi des Plans Communaux de Développement chez SOS SAHEL International France, où elle a contribué à la mise en œuvre de projets axés sur la sécurité alimentaire, la gouvernance locale et la résilience climatique dans plusieurs régions du Sénégal.
Ancienne volontaire de CorpsAfrica/Sénégal et CorpsAfrica/Maroc, Aicha a accompagné des communautés rurales dans l’identification participative, la conception et la réalisation de projets communautaires durables. Elle a également animé des formations et renforcé les capacités des acteurs locaux.
Passionnée par le développement inclusif, la valorisation des ressources locales et la participation citoyenne, elle s’engage à contribuer à l’amélioration des conditions de vie en Afrique, en plaçant les communautés au cœur des solutions aux défis sociaux, économiques et environnementaux.
Aminta Faye
My name is Aminta Faye and I'm a Senegalese professional specializing in community support, project management and project coordination. I have had a rich career serving local communities and organizations involved in development.
With a degree in International Development Cooperation from EMIA (formerly IAED), I quickly developed versatile skills in project management, training and support for vulnerable populations.
I began my professional career with internships in development projects before joining CorpsAfrica/Senegal as a volunteer. In this capacity, I supported women and young people in training and setting up projects.
I then joined the Agence sénégalaise de la Reforestation et de la Grande Muraille Verte (Senegalese Agency for Reforestation and the Great Green Wall), where I worked successively as an intern, then as a follow-up officer in administrative coordination for the Tolou Keur project. I was responsible for managing project follow-up, coordinating with partners and writing activity reports.
Since 2022, I've been project manager at Jigueen Space (Karanso), a space dedicated to empowering young women through training. I coordinate a wide range of activities, from administrative management to training.
At the same time, I enriched my experience with training in saponification and bleaching, digital skills and leadership. I am fully committed to local development and community support, with the ambition of making a lasting contribution to the social and economic progress of my country.
Claudine Mendy
Claudine Mendy is a passionate and visionary leader, committed to empowering women and young people, and promoting inclusive development in Senegal and Africa. An alumnus of Cohort 2 of the Mastercard Foundation's Associates Program, she embodies a new generation of change-makers determined to bring lasting transformation to their communities.
As Program Coordinator at Ignite.E, she contributes to the design and piloting of initiatives that equip young entrepreneurs and innovators with key skills, tailored coaching and concrete opportunities in a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial ecosystem.
With a degree in law and political science from the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis, and over five years' experience in project management, education and advocacy, Claudine has worked with international organizations such as the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, CECI and Article 19. Her work focuses on key areas such as democratic governance, freedom of expression, gender equality, and women's and youth leadership.
An activist for human rights and social justice, Claudine plays a strategic role in mentoring young leaders, participating in political reflection, and creating high-impact partnerships. She firmly believes in the transformative potential of African youth.
Marie Emilie Tine
My name is Marie Emilie Tine, I'm a researcher with a passion for mathematics and computer science, with a diploma in computer security engineering from AIMS Senegal and a BAC+4 in algebra and applications from the LACGAA laboratory at UCAD. My career path combines theoretical rigor and practical application , researching problems linked to science or society and proposing a useful solution by myself based on my know-how are a passion for me.
Beyond the technical, I'm deeply curious. I love learning, researching and experimenting with things that aren't necessarily related to maths or computing. Astronomy, biology, writing and botany feed my mind as much as my lines of code.
I'm also involved in community actions around education, the environment and technology. I've been
active in humanitarian and ecological foundations bringing together young Africans. With them, I've taken part in concrete actions: reforestation days, humanitarian donations, tutoring middle and high school students, popularizing environmental and/or social issues, local development projects, and awareness campaigns depending on the issue.
Ousmane Ndieguene
Ousmane NDIEGUENE is a young Senegalese professional, passionate about emerging technologies and their impact on society.
He is currently in his first year of a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Smart Technologies, after obtaining his bachelor's degree in computer engineering with a specialization in Software Engineering.
Throughout his academic career, he has cultivated expertise at the intersection of software development, data science and artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in intelligent systems applied to education, healthcare and digital inclusion.
His profile combines technical rigor, critical thinking and entrepreneurial vision.
He has completed two significant internships in web development, one focusing on back-end, the other on front-end, reinforcing his mastery of complete architectures and his understanding of user needs. In parallel , he was involved in collective projects linked to school guidance, the creation of digital platforms with a social impact, and technological awareness.
With a strong analytical mind, intellectual curiosity and a marked appetite for innovation, Ousmane's ambition is to co-construct sustainable technological solutions, while encouraging collaboration between young change-makers. Committed, a good listener and determined, he sees networks such as the alumni network as a valuable opportunity for mutual learning, collective leadership and concrete action.
Oumar Ndao
Oumar Ndao, known in the art world as Big Soldier, is a Senegalese artist and cultural entrepreneur from Kaffrine. With a passion for urban cultures, he began his career in hip-hop dance before moving into committed rap in 2014. His unique style fuses local traditions with modern sounds.
Winner and finalist of several artistic competitions, he is also a committed player in the structuring of Senegal's cultural sector. Oumar is the founder of Belep Urbaine Responsibility (BUR), the company behind several training, production and professionalization projects for young artists. He also coordinates major events such as the Kaay Xool Festival and the RAW GADOU ART regional competition.
Ambassador of the FORCE-N program in Kaffrine and former manager of the Sunu Suf project as part of the Réussir au Sénégal program, he actively promotes youth entrepreneurship in culture and the local economy.
In 2025, he was selected as a board member of the UEMOA Alumni Committee, reflecting his regional commitment to leadership, innovation and social transformation.
Ousmane Kama
Ousmane KAMA is passionate about science, technology and the transmission of knowledge. Originally from Senegal, he has forged a remarkable career path combining academic rigor, community involvement and pedagogical innovation. Currently a doctoral student in computer science, he combines a solid scientific background with a vocation deeply rooted in education and development.
Ousmane has distinguished himself by his ability to build bridges between technology and the real needs of communities. As a systems and network engineer, he has put his skills to work on large-scale projects, both in training young people and in supporting educational structures in their move towards digital technology. He is also recognized for his organizational skills, his team spirit, and his constant desire to get things moving in a spirit of sharing and fairness.
In addition to his technical duties, he is currently Coordinator of the FORCE-N Alumni Network Steering Committee, where he drives a collaborative, inclusive and pan-African dynamic. He is working to build a strong, committed network rooted in the socio-professional realities of West African youth.
Curious, accessible and always focused on concrete action, Ousmane KAMA is part of a generation of change-makers who believe in a future where knowledge, skills and innovation serve the common good.
Ndeye Khady Boye
Ndeye Khady Boye is a Senegalese professional specializing in fisheries production and aquatic ecosystem management, with a degree in agronomy from the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis. She is particularly committed to sustainable fish farming, community development and the empowerment of young people and women.
She worked as a supervisor in the USAID Feed the Future: Positive Youth Development project, where she coordinated the coaching of youth clubs and collaboration with local partners. In 2023-2024, she was a volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Senegal, running participatory projects in the village of Mbouma: training in income-generating activities, coaching young girls on reproductive health, managing community projects, etc.
She also held a position as sales manager at Eco-tri Sénégal, a waste management company, where she led strategic environmental enhancement initiatives. Her career has been enriched by several technical internships and a concrete achievement: the development of two 300 m³ fish ponds in Bango.
A beneficiary of the Mastercard Foundation, Ndeye Khady combines scientific knowledge, a hands-on approach and social commitment. Today, she works to promote sustainable local solutions based on innovation, community participation and responsible management of natural resources.
Idy Ka
I'm Idy Ka, agricultural entrepreneur and General Secretary of GIE Seno Begne Penda. I hold a DUT in Business and Administration Management, with a major in Marketing Techniques, from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie (IUT) in Thiès, and am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management under the Senegalese Youth Entrepreneurship Program (PSEJ). I am also certified in digital embroidery by the Force N program. Thanks to my experience in entrepreneurial support, I've helped a number of young people on their way from ideation to financing. Among these initiatives is the PIESAN project, in which I played a central role as General Secretary of the Coopérative pour la Promotion de l'Agriculture au Sénégal (COOPASEN Lompoul). In 2023, I worked as a credit officer at UIMCEC, facilitating access to finance for over a hundred women and Groupements de Promotion Féminine (GPF) in the Matam region, contributing to their economic empowerment and the fight against poverty. As an alumnus of Force N and a member of the Mastercard Foundation Alumni Committee, I am committed to helping young Africans realize their full potential. I am an active campaigner for gender equality, with a particular focus on the training of young girls, convinced that a paradigm shift is possible through education, entrepreneurship and commitment.

Josiane Abra Akpedze P. AFOVIA
Josiane Abra Akpedze P. AFOVIA is a dedicated alumnus of the YALI program at the Centre Régional du Leadership Dakar. Holding a professional master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Josiane combines her background in biology with a deep passion for social work. She has also earned a professional diploma in Community Development and International Management.
Josiane’s valuable expertise in partnership management has led her to assume a significant role on the Mastercard Foundation Alumni Committee. Since 2014, she has been unwavering in her commitment to serving her community, extending her impact beyond borders. Her support reaches diverse groups, including street children, people with disabilities, individuals living with albinism, and women living with fistula, among others.
Continuing her humanitarian mission, Josiane actively contributes to the Mercy Ships hospital ship initiative, where she participates in offering free surgery to individuals in extreme need throughout Africa. Her actions reflect an enduring dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others
Elie MULAMBA
Elie MULAMBA is an alum of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program. Prior to this, he gained professional experience working with Orange RDC, a multinational telecommunications company. Elie completed his master’s degree in Applied Mathematics at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Senegal (AIMS), renowned as a center of excellence for mathematics education and its applications in Africa.
Currently, Elie is deeply passionate about the field of machine learning, finding it both fascinating and revolutionary. He is furthering his studies in this domain at the African Masters in Machine Intelligence (AMMI), a program generously funded by Google and Facebook.
Adama Ndiaye
Adama Ndiaye is a YALI alumna who holds a degree in Civil Engineering. As the CEO of SHEYP, she leads a company dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable construction practices. In addition to her role, Adama serves as a vocational trainer, designing competency-based training programs that empower young people with the skills needed for successful entry into the job market.
With expertise in project coordination, sustainable practices, and vocational education, Adama actively drives change and seeks innovative solutions. Her commitment to promoting sustainable development and environmental conservation is evident in her work and passion for making a positive impact
Magatte
Magatte is a dedicated community-led development facilitator who works on sustainable projects identified and driven by local communities. He ensures that these projects address crucial needs and can be effectively measured for impact, all while providing transformative volunteer experiences. Magatte has extensive experience as a group coordinator, leading the development of the land use and development plan for the municipality of Ngogom in Diourbel. He has also held leadership positions such as president of the green club and the association of students and student trainees at his school.
Magatte graduated from Cheikh Anta Diop University’s National School of Applied Economics, specializing in Land Use Planning, Environment, and Urban Management. He is an alumnus of CorpsAfrica/Senegal and CorpsAfrica/Rwanda. Currently, Magatte actively contributes as a member of the Alumni Network committee for the Senegal chapter.
Amadou Fall
Amadou Fall was born in Guinaw rails, a suburb of Pikine in the Dakar region. He did his elementary and secondary schooling in Ziguinchor, where he grew up. After taking his baccalaureate in Kédougou, he returned to Dakar for his higher education in 2013 at Cheikh Anta Diop University in the Geography Department, followed by a course in Business Administration and a diploma in Human Resources Management. He has also taken part in other capacity-building sessions, notably in leadership, communication and entrepreneurship. In the same way, a desire to extend his actions led him to find the path of volunteering with CorpsAfrica/Senegal for an experience outside my comfort zone and to live other adventures just as rich in shared experience. In 2020, he was posted to northern Senegal in the St louis region, Podor department, Cas-Cas village. During his time as a volunteer, Amadou supported the community in a number of projects. On the women’s side, he carried out 2 training sessions on good practices in management and organizational dynamism with 15 women, and in the context of resilience in the face of the Covid 19 pandemic in Dakar, he trained 25 women in Cas-Cas for 5,000 liters of bleach and 5,000 bars of soap, and 80 women in Gadematoumala in the commune of Ndombo Sandjiri with 266 bars of soap and 768 liters of bleach to create income-generating activities forwomen. In the field of education, he facilitated the opening of a computer room and library at the Cascas high school for a total of 495 students. Also, as part of the promotion of children’s education, he has identified 181 ghost children, 80 of whom have birth certificates. On the health front, he has been heavily involved in monthly weighing campaigns on nutrition with community relays and took part in themedical campaign organized in Agnam lidoubé with 1,289 beneficiaries. He is currently a United Nations volunteer for the FAO as a liaison volunteer, and a member of the Mastercard Foundation Alumni Committee.
Mame Binetou Ndour
Mame Binetou Ndour is a passionate advocate for women’s entrepreneurship and environmental activism. She is an alumna of the YALI West Africa Programme, Business-Entrepreneurship, Makesense Africa Programme on Leadership, and CorpsAfrica/Senegal volunteering programme, which promotes youth participation in community development.
In 2021, Mame Binetou became a Green Climate Ambassador and a Champion for Peace, Security, and Sustainable Development. She played a key role in facilitating an entrepreneurship and food security project, which introduced new cookstove technologies in eastern Senegal to reduce reliance on firewood for bread production.
From 2019 to 2023, Mame Binetou served as an assistant and project coordinator for climate-related resilience projects in collaboration with organizations like Ecolibri and Oceanium. She is also trained in scuba diving techniques and actively contributed to a significant tree planting initiative, planting 3,000 trees in urban areas of Dakar
Amy Mbacké MBAYE
Amy Mbacké MBAYE is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, community resilience, and climate change mitigation. She holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness and a Bachelor’s degree in Agri-food Technology from Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis. As an entrepreneurial management consultant at CECI/SÉNÉGAL, Amy specializes in training and supporting women’s leadership and economic development. She actively collaborates as a member of the Mastercard Foundation committee for the Senegal chapter, working towards impactful initiatives. Through successful partnerships with organizations such as Giz and CorpsAfrica/Senegal, Amy has led community projects that promote youth and women’s empowerment, sustainable practices, and climate action. With expertise in project management, supply chain, and agricultural services, she brings valuable skills to herwork. Amy’s unwavering dedication to making a positive impact drives her to foster resilience and drive change within communities. Her passion for women’s empowerment, community development, and environmental sustainability shines through her impactful endeavors.

Mouhamadou De Gaulle BODIANG
Mouhamadou De Gaulle BODIANG is a Mastercard Foundation alum who graduated with a master’s degree in mathematical science from AIMS-Senegal (African Institute for Mathematical Sciences). He also holds a Masters degree in Modelling and Processing of Information from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar (ESP).
Since graduating from AIMS Senegal, Mouhamadou have been in teaching and working in the entrepreneurship space.
He is currently the President of AIMS-Senegal Alumni and co-founder of Africa Digital Transformation and Innovation Centre; An IT hub that offers coding trinaing and digital services to SMES in Dakar, Senegal.
Leonor Fall
Leonor Fall is a Mastercard Foundation alum with a degree in Agricultural and Natural Resource Management from EARTH University, Costa Rica. For her final dissertation at EARTH University, she researched on designing and constructing an ecofriendly woodstove for the rural communities of Senegal and Kenya in order to reduce the exposure to GHG from wood combustion during meal preparation.
She had work experience as Livelihood and Farming Systems Officer at OLAM International an major food and agri-business company and as a farm manager at Société de Cultures Legumieres (SCL) and Soldive Senegal.
Leonor is currently serving as Head of Innovation and Impact at Kossam Société de Developpement de l’Elevage, a subsidiary of la Laiterie Du Berger.
Mouhamadou Mbaye
Mouhamadou Mbaye is an alum of the Cheikh Anta Diop University with a bachelors degree in Economics and Management.
In 2019, he volunteered with CorpsAfrica – Senegal in Fongolimbi (Kédougou). During his time with CorpsAfrica – Sengeal, he benefited from the microgrants fund of the Mastercard Foundation through which he facilitated the creation of a GIE and the implementation of three micro-projects (community field, soap production unit, community mill) as part of Mastercard Foundation COVID-19 Resilience program.
He is an also Ambassador of the World Literacy Foundation 2020 and serves as a Project Assistant intern at the Xaley Foundation.
Nna Maimouna Djitte
Nna Maimouna Djitte is an alum of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Program and holds a degree in marketing communications from ISEG Dakar. She underwent a one-year training programme in Political Leadership at the Hebert Foundation in 2015.
She is also the founder of LIFECOM, a community and Public Relations agency in Dakar, Senegal. Maimouna is passionate about entrepreneurship, music and sports.
Bandagne Fall
Bandagne Fall is a Masters student in Agro-Business at the Gaston Berger University in Saint Louis.
She is passionate about gender empowerment and works as a National Commissioner at Eclaireurs et Eclaireuses du Sénégal (EEDS).
Bandagne is a community development officer with CorpsAfrica – Senegal and served for one year in underderived community to support in their local development.
She is very interested in volunteering, idea exchange and meeting new people from varied cultures.
Nguissaly Ndiaye
Nguissaly Ndiaye is an alum of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI ) Program and holds a masters degree in sociology of development from Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis.
He is currently the Head of Branch, Vocational Training and Migration of the NGO VIS in Kaolack.
He is passionate about designing and carry out activities in favor of the promotion of integration through a synergy of territorial actors with a view to promoting local routes of success and fighting against irregular migration.
Rabietou Diedhiou
Rabietou Diedhiou is an alum of the YALI (Young African Leadership Initiative) Program and holds a Masters in Banking-Finance-Insurance from the University of Thies, Senegal.
Rabietou is interested in education, youth engagement and contributes to mentoring of young people in here community.
