Target Impact
The Foundation in partnership with the Ghana Enterprises Agency has implemented the Business in a Box (BizBox) program. BizBox is a five-year, USD 55 million program aimed at transitioning 250,000 young men and women into dignified and fulfilling work through access to skills development and access to startup kits.

The Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA) is a government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The GEA is mandated by the Ghana Enterprises Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1043) to promote and develop MSMEs in Ghana. GEA has a strong network of over 240 resource centres nationwide. Formerly known as the National Board for Small-Scale Industries (NBSSI). GEA has experience in delivering similar interventions and the capacity to scale up existing programs.
