Amblessed Chinonso Ogele
Amblessed is a resilient entrepreneur, and the founder of KenAmby Stylish Footwear Enterprise( KASFE ). A graduate of Computer Science from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, she has successfully merged her technical background with a deep-seated passion for craftsmanship.
Hailing from Abia State, Amblessed is a proud sickle cell warrior and an advocate for the disability community. Living by the mantra that there is "ability in disability," she refuses to let physical challenges define her potential.
Through KASFE , she creates high-quality, unique slippers and sandals that prioritize comfort and accessibility, proving that style should be inclusive for everyone.
Beyond footwear, Amblessed’s journey stands as a powerful testament to the impact of unwavering determination. She continues to build her brand into a beacon of inspiration, showing the world that passion and careful focus on every detail can overcome any obstacle. She is currently part of the youth advisory committee.
Isaac Ozovehe Ajayi
Isaac is a procurement professional with over five years of experience and an academic background in Animal Science. His training in animal production has shaped a practical and thoughtful approach to sourcing, quality, and value.
He brings a unique blend of experience in Animal Production Technology and procurement, allowing him to approach supply and vendor decisions with both technical understanding and commercial sense. Isaac holds professional certifications in Procurement and Logistics accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), as well as training in Strategic Procurement and Contract Management from Lagos Business School.
Through his work, Isaac has supported nonprofit and mission-driven organizations by strengthening
procurement processes, coordinating suppliers, and enabling cost-effective operations. He is passionate about service, continuous learning, and contributing meaningfully to youth-focused networks and initiatives.
Anifat Sadu
Anifat Sadu is a Multiple Award-winning speaker featured on BBC, TedX, and leading Nigerian TV stations and newspapers.
She is the author of the bestselling memoir ‘Through the Layers: A Journey with Two Disorders’, a true-life story of navigating Cerebral Palsy and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder with faith and resilience.
Anifat is also the recipient of the first Inclusive Africa Icon Award (Nairobi, Kenya) and the 25 Under 25 Future Forward Female Award.
She serves as a Disability Inclusion Facilitator with the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD), promoting accessibility and equitable opportunities for persons with disabilities.
She earned a B.Sc. in Microbiology at age 19, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at age 22, and an Associate Degree in Islamic Psychology.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Lagos.
Ezenwa Augusta Anwulichukwuka
Ezenwa Augusta Anwulichukwuka (ACA, ACTI, MNIN) is a dedicated farmer and financial consultant with a passion for sustainability, community empowerment, and business continuity. With a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills in English, Igbo, and Hausa, she bridges diverse cultures and sectors with ease and purpose.
A fast learner and resilient entrepreneur, Augusta thrives on challenge and growth. Her commitment to excellence is evident in both her professional pursuits and her dedication to social impact. She combines her expertise in finance with a deep-rooted belief in the power of entrepreneurship to transform lives—particularly within underrepresented groups such as women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and marginalized communities.
Augusta is driven by a clear mission: to foster sustainable development and ensure that the “good life” is not only attainable but accessible to all. Her leadership is marked by focus, passion, and a hunger for continuous improvement. She believes in the boundless potential of collective empowerment and often draws inspiration from the idea that “the sky is large enough to accommodate every star and keep them shining.”

Emeka Christian Umunnakwe
Emeka is an advocate for youth empowerment, sustainable agriculture, and climate action across Africa. With over a decade of hands-on experience in large-scale vegetable production, agricultural extension services, and community development, Emeka is dedicated to ensuring young people have a seat at the table in shaping food security and climate solutions.
As co-founder of Farmbus-Stop Agro and Allied Services Ltd, Emeka works directly with smallholder farmers to supply improved agricultural inputs, bridging the gap between farmers and access to quality inputs. His entrepreneurial approach combines business acumen with a deep commitment to food system transformation.
Emeka founded the Coalition of African Youths in Modern Agriculture (COAYIMA), a dynamic platform that mobilizes young people across the continent to become food security advocates and climate champions. Through COAYIMA, he has helped countless young Africans see themselves as changemakers in agriculture and climate stewardship. He also leads the Future-Proof Mentorship Initiative, where he provides peer-to-peer mentorship and mobilizes youths for meaningful social impact, believing that young people learn best from each other's experiences and journeys.
He is currently an undergraduate student at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) where he is studying Crop Science.
Evelyn Areo
Evelyn is a visionary agripreneur and CEO of Farm to Fill Foods Limited. With a first-class degree in Animal Nutrition and Biotechnology, and certification from the Nigerian Institute of Animal Sciences, Evelyn is a force to be reckoned with in the agribusiness sector.
As a food processor, livestock farmer, and aquaculture expert, she's not only achieved personal success but also created opportunities for others. Her advocacy for food security and youth empowerment has inspired a new generation of agripreneurs, with many young people setting up their own businesses under her mentorship.
Evelyn's commitment to inclusivity is evident in her network of female distributors, providing economic opportunities for women across the country. She has won grants for her business through pitch competitions, showcasing her innovative approach to agribusiness. Her passion for partnerships and collaboration has opened doors to new opportunities. As a growing public speaker, she has shared her expertise on different platforms including the Africa Food Systems Forum 2025 in Senegal. Recently crowned the Most Beautiful Farmer in Lagos State, Evelyn continues to inspire and empower communities through her work.
Agwuna Favour Obianuju
Agwuna is a young pharmacist graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, is a global leader and innovative pharmacist known for her ardent dedication and hardworking spirit in the Nigerian healthcare sector and making impacts on the life of young generations. Favour wants to ensure that pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors are restored to great standard of integrity and accountability in order to eliminate substandard and counterfeits drugs which are consumed from the tender age, hence, results to devastating health conditions in their youths.
As a passionate female leader who wants to be a voice to displaced individuals, I became a fellow of Amahoro where we’re equipped with the right leadership skills and resources to improve the lives of displaced individuals in Nigeria. Truly inspiring to see that people who were seeing themselves as displaced ones now do not allow their challenges to limit their potentials.
Oluwatosin Grace Olayiwola
Oluwatosin is an Agri-communicator and youth development advocate passionate about amplifying youth voices through storytelling, digital skills, and community engagement. She has her first degree in financial accounting from ESAE Benin University. She is an alumnus of the Enterprise for Youth in Agriculture (EYiA), where her journey into communications began.
Through her work, she has trained and mentored over 4,000 young people in social media and digital communication, helping them build visibility, confidence, and practical skills for their careers and enterprises. Her passion for sustainable living led her to be the communications head for SDG Youth Connect West African region, where she convened an Agri-impact summit, which focused on empowering youth for sustainable livelihood and well-being for over 1,000 youth.
Oluwatosin is committed to building inclusive networks that empower young people, expand access to opportunities, and drive meaningful social and economic impact across communities.
Opeyemi Igbayilola Adewunmi
Opeyemi is a youth advocate and community leader passionate about empowerment and social impact. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has experience across advocacy, project coordination, and youth-focused initiatives.
She previously served as President of Immaculate Generation, an NGO advocating against sexual assault and supporting female survivor. Opeyemi is driven by a commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and creating meaningful impact for young people across Africa.
Zainab Abubakar Inuwa
Zainab Abubakar Inuwa is an agribusiness entrepreneur and youth development advocate with a strong focus on agriculture, leadership, and community impact. She is the founder of KAJ Agro Allied, a limited liability company engaged in agricultural value chains and food systems development in Nigeria.
She is an alumna of the Mastercard Foundation program and actively contributes to youth leadership and alumni initiatives. Zainab also serves as the Youth Team Lead of the SHE FARMERS Association of Nigeria, where she supports youth engagement, capacity building, and inclusive participation of young women in agriculture.
Her work is driven by a commitment to empowering young people and promoting sustainable agricultural and economic development across communities.

Adubi Ruth, Lead Membership mobilization
Adubi Ruth Oloaigbe is an Alumni of Enterprise for Youth in Agriculture (EYiA), She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Animal Science. She was a one time Horticulture Expert in the Start Them Early Program (STEP) an I- Youth Project with IITA ,where secondary school students are being taught Modern Agriculture including Agribusiness and helped to start earning from secondary school.
Ruth is passionate about Agriculture, Youth development, Community transformation and access to quality education in low-income communities. Her passion for agriculture led to the birth of NERU farm where modern farming techniques are utilized to make fresh vegetables available for consumption. She currently holds the position as team lead of NERU farms. She also serves as the Program Director for Nurture for Greatness Educational Foundation, an NGO that helps to bridge the gap of lack of access to education in low-income communities. With the collaboration of others, while serving Nigeria, she helped in making sure that students who were passionate about education but couldn't pay their fees got the necessary support to ensure continuity of their education.
She is an advocate of Youth development and youth inclusion in nation-building.
Amanda Jaiyeola, Lead Events and Partnerships
Amanda Jaiyeola is a creative entrepreneur, professional shoemaker, and resin artist with over 10 years of experience in handcrafted design and skill-based enterprise. She is the founder of Achèo Koncept, a bespoke leatherworks brand known for its high-quality shoes, slippers,
sandals, and custom accessories. She also leads Achè Handmadecrafts, a sub-brand focused on producing timeless resin and leather art pieces that blend function with beauty. Amanda studied International Relations at Espam Formation University, Cotonou, and is a proud
alumnus and current Ambassador of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).
Passionate about uplifting others, Amanda established the Amanda Jaiyeola Foundation, a platform that empowers young people, especially young women, through creative skills training, mentorship, and personal development. She currently serves as Lead, Events, and Partnerships
on the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Committee, where she helps shape youth engagement efforts and promote inclusive impact. Amanda believes in the power of skill and creativity to transform lives and continues to use her platform to inspire, equip, and elevate others.
Chisom Ajuluchukwu, Lead Communications
Chisom Goodness Ajuluchukwu is a cultural storyteller and brand strategist. She holds a degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, then found her path in the creative space. After navigating the challenges within the ecosystem firsthand, she became passionate about making sure African creatives have access to the people, tools, and opportunities they need to grow. She is currently building Clarity Studio to enable access for the next generation of creatives.
Chisom has worked on projects across film and communications, with her work appearing on Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and in cinemas across Nigeria. She currently serves as the Communications Lead on the Mastercard Foundation youth advisory committee, while also leading a vibrant creative community of alumni across the country.
Hannah Rotimi-Williams Lead, Gender and Safeguarding
Hannah Rotimi-Williams is an Agripreneur, a mental health advocate, and the visionary founder of Carmella Farms and the AgriWellness Support Network. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is also an alumnus of Enterprise for Youths in Agriculture (EYiA), where she further honed her skills in agricultural entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. With her background in psychology and a deep passion for rural well-being, she champions the mental, physical, and emotional health of farmers and agricultural workers, ensuring that the people behind our food systems thrive as much as the crops and livestock they tend.
Driven by the belief that food security begins with people's security, Hannah is pioneering conversations and interventions that integrate mental health, physical wellness, and farm safety into agriculture. Through her work, she empowers farmers with tools, knowledge, and support to sustain not just their livelihoods but also their overall well-being. As Gender and Safeguarding Lead, Hannah promotes equal access for young women and underrepresented groups in the alumni community, ensuring opportunities, events, and webinars are inclusive and well-represented.
Jubril Ahmad, Lead Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
Jubril Ahmad is a data-driven agricultural scientist with a B.Tech in Crop and Environmental Protection from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, passionate about turning numbers into meaningful narratives that empower young Africans. He champions systems that amplify
youth voices, unlock opportunities, and measure real impact across the agricultural landscape.
With hands-on experience as a Data Administrator supporting Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts at Eupepsia Place Limited (Soilless Farm Lab), Jubril bridges the gap between grassroots farming and data-driven innovation. Whether driving M&E frameworks or supporting soilless technology programs, he thrives at the intersection of youth leadership, sustainable agriculture, and transformational data. Grounded in purpose and powered by precision, Jubril is committed to designing inclusive systems that empower youth and drive sustainable development across Africa.
Stephanie Egharevba, Lead Diversity and Inclusion
Stephanie Egharevba is an award‑winning advocate for diversity and inclusion who builds systems that put equity and accessibility at the center of innovation. She works at the intersection of technology, creativity, and social impact, esigning practical, long‑term solutions that remove barriers and open doors for marginalized communities.
Her impact spans global and continental platforms, with speaking appearances at DataFest Africa (2023 & 2024), the Gen Z Summit, CHAOSS Africa, Fusion TechFest, Inclusive Africa by InABLE, and TechCabal’s Moonshot Conference. In her role as Diversity and Inclusion Lead at the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Council, Stephanie champions the vision that true innovation thrives when everyone is included, valued, and empowered to contribute.
Tobi Aminu, Lead Lead for Programme Design & Planning
Tobi Aminu is an agripreneur and Founder of GritGreen, a food enterprise supplying premium vegetables, pure honey, and other agri-products to the Nigerian market, with some exports. He runs his farm as a model for impact, blending commercial success with purpose-driven initiatives. His programs such as the Cedar Agribusiness Management Programme (CAMP), a gender-aware mentorship platform for young agripreneurs, and the Bees & Trees Initiative, which supports community-led honey production and climate resilience focus on advancing food
security, rural empowerment, and sustainable agriculture.
With a Master’s in Agricultural and Resource Economics, Tobi has worked across the agricultural value chain from research roles to optimizing operations in one of Nigeria’s largest poultry companies. He has consulted on donor-funded projects and participated in high-level industry engagements, including those convened by the French Embassy and horticulture stakeholders. Currently, he contributes to youth-focused development and enterprise design as Lead for Programme Design & Planning on the Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Committee and Agri-enterprise Development Lead for the Foundation’s Alumni Network Community.
Victor Osanyindoro, Lead Finance and Operations
Victor Osanyindoro is an accomplished cybersecurity professional driven by a passion for education, leadership, and mentorship especially empowering young people to grow. His journey was shaped by his time as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar at AIMS Cameroon, where he earned a master’s degree in mathematical sciences. That experience not only deepened his academic expertise but also nurtured his leadership skills within a supportive and inspiring community.
He served as the Scholars Council Representative for the AIMS Network, advocating for the voices of students across all AIMS centres. Currently, he serves as a committee leader for the Mastercard Foundation Alumni Network in Nigeria, where he helps maintain alumni connections, foster mentorship, and organize valuable programs for community members. Looking ahead, Victor aims to deepen his impact by developing initiatives that enhance digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness for underserved youth. He hopes to build mentorship programs and educational workshops that empower future leaders to use technology safely and responsibly.
