Enhancing Capacities of Young Women and Youth-Led Enterprises for Regional Trade (ECoWYERT) is a five-year project aimed at enhancing the business and entrepreneurship capacities of young women and youth-led MSMEs to access AfCFTA trade-related opportunities. The program's goal is to alleviate poverty by supporting young people in building entrepreneurial skills and capacities, with a focus on young women. The program is expected to reach 28,300 businesses and contribute to creating access to approximately 125,000 dignified and fulfilling jobs. It will be implemented in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, DRC, Botswana and South Africa.
