University of Abomey-Calavi is Benin's oldest and largest public university. With an estimated student population of 85,000 for the 2016-2017 academic year, the University is a true place of knowledge, having trained most of the country's students.
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Abomey- Calavi is a first-of-its-kind program in the Republic of Benin that aims to contribute to creating the country's future political, economic and social leaders.
