This program will create opportunities for individuals to generate wealth, absorb financial shocks, and live self-reliantly through:
- Provide 64,000 MSME or start-ups training and individual consulting for business growth.
 - Provide in-house investment fund to 38,000 to existing and start-up businesses.
 - Create a refugee entrepreneur fellowship to reach 120 individuals and Refugee Led Organizations (RLOs) through training and tailored business expansion support
 - Leveraging a pan-African network of organizations and anchor firms to increase private sector engagement through core business activities and access to financing.
 - Facilitate market integration of RDP communities into trade routes, development plans, and supply chains.
