- Turn the growing demand for soybean, rice, tomato, and poultry products into employment and market opportunities for young people.
- Equip 326,000 young people, especially young women, with skills and tools to unlock work opportunities.
- Elevate the role of young women and young people with diverse abilities in the agricultural sector.

Agri-Impact Limited (AIL) is a Ghanaian agribusiness and program management organization with over two decades of experience in managing agricultural value chain projects. AIL has provided consulting and technical advisory services, managed, and led multi-stakeholder agriculture-related projects across the African continent (in over 33 African countries including Ghana) and been for multiple projects by international organizations including UNDP, USAID, GIZ, Danish Embassy, Africa Development Bank, and AGRA. AIL has in-depth experience in managing consortium-based projects.
