Target Impact
In Ghana, the Strengthening Food Systems to Empower Smallholder Farmers and Young People program has been designed to address the bottlenecks in Ghana’s agricultural sector, including high post-harvest losses and limited access to structured markets and finances. It also aims to address high unemployment for young people in Ghana. The project aligns with and contributes to the Government of Ghana’s rural development programs, emphasising women empowerment, financial inclusion, education and digital innovation, and the modernization of the agricultural sector.
