Meet the Leadership Committee
Mouhamadou De Gaulle BODIANG
Mouhamadou De Gaulle BODIANG is a Mastercard Foundation alum who graduated with a master’s degree in mathematical science from AIMS-Senegal (African Institute for Mathematical Sciences). He also holds a Masters degree in Modelling and Processing of Information from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar (ESP).
Since graduating from AIMS Senegal, Mouhamadou have been in teaching and working in the entrepreneurship space.
He is currently the President of AIMS-Senegal Alumni and co-founder of Africa Digital Transformation and Innovation Centre; An IT hub that offers coding trinaing and digital services to SMES in Dakar, Senegal.
Leonor Fall
Leonor Fall is a Mastercard Foundation alum with a degree in Agricultural and Natural Resource Management from EARTH University, Costa Rica. For her final dissertation at EARTH University, she researched on designing and constructing an ecofriendly woodstove for the rural communities of Senegal and Kenya in order to reduce the exposure to GHG from wood combustion during meal preparation.
She had work experience as Livelihood and Farming Systems Officer at OLAM International an major food and agri-business company and as a farm manager at Société de Cultures Legumieres (SCL) and Soldive Senegal.
Leonor is currently serving as Head of Innovation and Impact at Kossam Société de Developpement de l’Elevage, a subsidiary of la Laiterie Du Berger.
Mouhamadou Mbaye
Mouhamadou Mbaye is an alum of the Cheikh Anta Diop University with a bachelors degree in Economics and Management.
In 2019, he volunteered with CorpsAfrica – Senegal in Fongolimbi (Kédougou). During his time with CorpsAfrica – Sengeal, he benefited from the microgrants fund of the Mastercard Foundation through which he facilitated the creation of a GIE and the implementation of three micro-projects (community field, soap production unit, community mill) as part of Mastercard Foundation COVID-19 Resilience program.
He is an also Ambassador of the World Literacy Foundation 2020 and serves as a Project Assistant intern at the Xaley Foundation.
Nna Maimouna Djitte
Nna Maimouna Djitte is an alum of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Program and holds a degree in marketing communications from ISEG Dakar. She underwent a one-year training programme in Political Leadership at the Hebert Foundation in 2015.
She is also the founder of LIFECOM, a community and Public Relations agency in Dakar, Senegal. Maimouna is passionate about entrepreneurship, music and sports.
Bandagne Fall
Bandagne Fall is a Masters student in Agro-Business at the Gaston Berger University in Saint Louis.
She is passionate about gender empowerment and works as a National Commissioner at Eclaireurs et Eclaireuses du Sénégal (EEDS).
Bandagne is a community development officer with CorpsAfrica – Senegal and served for one year in underderived community to support in their local development.
She is very interested in volunteering, idea exchange and meeting new people from varied cultures.
Nguissaly Ndiaye
Nguissaly Ndiaye is an alum of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI ) Program and holds a masters degree in sociology of development from Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis.
He is currently the Head of Branch, Vocational Training and Migration of the NGO VIS in Kaolack.
He is passionate about designing and carry out activities in favor of the promotion of integration through a synergy of territorial actors with a view to promoting local routes of success and fighting against irregular migration.
Rabietou Diedhiou
Rabietou Diedhiou is an alum of the YALI (Young African Leadership Initiative) Program and holds a Masters in Banking-Finance-Insurance from the University of Thies, Senegal.
Rabietou is interested in education, youth engagement and contributes to mentoring of young people in here community.
